The Energy Micro sales teams in the US, EMEA and APAC are fast moving, innovative, energetic, and is passionate about winning in markets that may be dominated by larger incumbents.


Job summary

The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle for a given geographic region in Europe, Middle East and Africa or Asia Pacific region. The candidate will lead technically a cross-functional team with internal and external resources to achieve a profitable revenue and build a design win pipeline of Energy Micro’s products and services to current and potential customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive growth of sales net revenue, design wins, at a customer base in specified geographic region
  • Identify new opportunities in strategic markets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with lead customers and partners
  • Leverage all resources (internal & external) to drive for design success

Qualifications

  • B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Strong combination of technical competence, business acumen, and customer orientation
  • Prior technical sales experience within Semiconductors (at least 5 years)
  • Market knowledge for energy friendly semiconductors (MCU & RF)
  • Track record of being successful thru the power of distributors
  • MBA is a plus
