Job summary

As a test engineer you will be part of a highly skilled and enthusiastic team responsible for device characterization and development of production test software for the world’s most energy friendly microcontroller and RF products.

Key responsibilities

• Implementation of ATE software for production test and device characterization
• Work closely with the design team to ensure testability of new designs
• Continuous improvement activities of test time, yield and test coverage
• Analysis and interpretation of characterization and production test data
• Interact with our test subcontractor for production release of test programs and follow up closely on production test startup
• Provide engineering support to our test subcontractor and help troubleshoot issues in a production environment

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is required
• More than 2 years experience with test & verification of mixed signal systems
• Juniors (0-2 years of experience) with outstanding results from university may also be considered
• Experience with Teradyne FLEX test platform is an advantage
• Proven programming skills in C/C++, VB, Python, Java or similar
• Experience with low power design challenges is an advantage
• Experience in working with test production is an added advantage
