Phi Hong has more than 5 years experience in financial management and accounting.

From 2005 until joining Energy Micro Phi has worked for Ar2 Økonomi AS as an Authorised External Accountant. He represented Ar2 Økonomi in their dealings with a significant number of companies, some of which are publicly listed.

In addition, since 2007, Phi has worked as the Finance Officer for the Oslo Students Sports Club, one of the largest sports clubs in Norway.

Phi holds a Bachelor Degree in Auditing from Høyskolen i Oslo (Oslo University college) with an additional diploma in Business Studies from Næringsakademiet (Oslo Mergent Academy).
