Energy Micro is a finalist in the e-Legacy Awards
(and invites you to vote for them!)

Oslo, Norway, June 29th, 2010 – Energy Micro, the energy friendly microcontroller company, has been named as a finalist in Electronic Product Design’s annual e-Legacy Awards in the Environmental Design category. The winners are selected via a public on-line vote, and Energy Micro would appreciate your vote!

Now in their fourth year, the e-Legacy awards have grown rapidly in terms of the number of entries, number of votes and its overall standing in the world of electronics. The awards have become synonymous with Corporate Social Responsibility by encapsulating the ethos of contributing to the common good through aspects of a company’s operations or its products.

The Environmental Design Award specifically recognises energy-saving or fuel/power- efficient electronic design. Finalists in this and the 6 other categories have been selected by a judging panel consisting of representatives from the award sponsors, industry experts and Electronic Product Design’s editorial team.

The winners of the on-line vote will be announced at an awards ceremony to be held at the glamorous Kensington Roof Gardens, London on 9th September 2010.

And please ask others to vote as well.
