Ultra Low Power Energy Mode 4

Energy Mode 4 - EM4

The deepest low energy mode

Energy Mode 4 (EM4) is the deepest energy mode available in the EFM32 microcontrollers. For applications that do not require a Real-Time Clock or RAM retention, this energy mode enables further energy savings. From EM4 the EFM32 can wake up from an external reset. The power consumption in EM4 is only 20 nA.
